Cullinan Breaks Ground on New $7.5 Million Building at Streets of St. Charles

Cullinan Properties, owner and developer of the Streets of St. Charles, has broken ground on a new 60,000-square-foot office and retail building that will cost in excess of $7.5 million, according to officials. The new building, located at the northeast corner of Beale and Lombard Streets, will include 20,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, with two levels of office space totaling 40,000 square feet above. Oculus Inc. served as the architect, while Brinkmann Constructors is serving as the general contractor for the project.
