Project Description

Oculus assisted GSA in a leaseback project to release space on the 24th floor of the Thomas F. Eagleton Courthouse to be renovated for the Clerk’s office space. The tenant was giving space back to GSA, and a portion of the remaining office area was to be renovated to better serve the tenants’ needs. The project consisted of reworking open office space to allow for private office spaces, reworking the front entry area as well as turning an existing storage room into a new employee breakroom.
