Thomas F. Eagleton Courthouse 24th Floor Space Reduction

St. Louis, Missouri

Project Description

Thomas F. Eagleton Courthouse 24th Floor Space Reduction was a strategic renovation led by Oculus Inc. in collaboration with the General Services Administration (GSA) to optimize federal office space in downtown St. Louis. The project involved reconfiguring the 24th floor to better serve the Clerk’s office by transforming open-plan areas into private offices, redesigning the entryway for improved circulation, and converting an underutilized storage room into a modern employee breakroom. This adaptive reuse initiative not only enhanced functionality but also supported GSA’s leaseback objectives by efficiently reallocating space to meet evolving tenant needs.
