Project Description

Oculus Inc. was initially hired to complete a preliminary study and explore renovation options which included associated budgets. We then completed a Site Survey to aid in the design of an addition and site improvements. Oculus was then engaged to take the project through to Construction Documents. The design includes a full building renovation and addition, site improvements including reworking the drive and incorporating an existing parking lot, custom marquee and building signage, art, and landscaping in and around the building. The building renovation includes all finishes, replacement of HVAC and electrical systems, and a new exterior facade design, while the addition provides new leasable space to provide food and beverage amenities to travelers.
