Oculus Inc. provided Workplace Design (programming, architectural design, & interior design services) for Rawlings Sporting Good’s new global headquarters located at Westport Plaza near the Rawlings Experience.

Rawlings’ decided to move its headquarters from Town and Country due to the need for a more collaborative workplace environment that supports the Rawlings brand and its various department functions, improved the employee experience, and flexibility for future company growth and evolving technologies.

The new headquarters supports a hybrid work schedule and features a variety of collaboration spaces designed to enhance employee interaction. Workspaces include a mix of private offices, workstations, focus booths, huddle spaces, and conference rooms. Employee amenities include a spacious café/break area and several coffee bars throughout.

The design also elevates Rawlings’ visibility as a St. Louis-based company since 1887 by celebrating the intersection of baseball and diamond sports with Rawlings’ legacy of creating authentic, high-quality products. The finish palette and design concept embodies the game of baseball and softball using textures, colors, patterns, and graphics that simultaneously pay homage to the Rawlings brand.
