Project Description

Oculus provides all professional services including architectural drawings, schematic design, design and documentation, construction documents, and project management for Oportun locations nationwide. As part of our services, we also complete building code review per governing jurisdictions, coordinate with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire disciplines, provide interior space plan layouts, create site plans for signage and zoning review, and produce shell drawings from site surveys. To date, we have completed over 230 projects for Oportun.
