Project Description

Georgie’s has been one of Newport, Oregon’s most popular spots to dine beachside for the past 24 years. This redesign of the fine-dining establishment was driven by the Owner’s vision to provide a more relevant, inspired, and accessible guest experience. This required spaces that would not only embrace the remarkable view of the Pacific Ocean but would better reflect and interpret the unique character of the Oregon Coast.

The redesign features a modernized and regionally inspired aesthetic with integrated references to the colors, materiality, and light quality that make the Oregon Coast a magical destination for natives and tourists alike. The balance of warm woods and vibrant brass with the deep, cool hues of the Pacific Ocean, along with the tactile and authentic materiality of furnishings and fixtures, creates the foundation for the new sophisticated and approachable fine dining experience.
