Project Description

Oculus Inc. provided professional design services for a new 60,000 SF mixed use, three story building complete with retail and office spaces. The building had unique design challenges as it is double loaded with entrances and store fronts on three sides of the building. Oculus collaborated with Cullinan and the General Contractor, Brinkmann, to ensure that the design intent of the building remained intact while utilizing cost saving measures such as specifying functional, durable, and cost effective materials. The building was designed to fit the architectural ‘character’ of the development, without being a direct copy of any existing building.
