Project Description

Oculus Inc’s renovation of Hanley Corporate Tower stands today as an example of creative-vision and efficient execution within a clearly defined timeline and budget. The project came with many challenges, one of the most significant of which were the acoustic requirements for the Fitness Center located above a tenant space. With the assistance of our acoustic consultant, Oculus Inc. provided a successful acoustic floor separation without significantly modifying the existing floor level.

Just one part of a larger project, the Hanley Corporate Tower Amenities Center is one of the many crown jewels of our determination to use design as a tool to solve human-experience problems. No tenant would love their living space if constantly aware of the existence of a fitness center directly above their home. Now, awareness of healthier lifestyle options is a choice for the Hanley Corporate Tower residents, showing what life can look like at the intersection of form and function.
