Project Description

Connecting physical spaces and human needs requires a rigorous understanding of the nuanced requirements of a project, especially in government and healthcare-based applications. Oculus Inc. frequently provides the foundation for successful projects by developing the technical portion of a Solicitation For Offers (SFO), used to solicit proposals for the construction of new healthcare facilities, as was the case with the Tulsa Department of Veterans Affairs Community Based Outpatient Clinic.

Working closely with local user groups and honoring VA Design Guides and VA CBOC PACT Prototype, Oculus Inc. developed a scope of work that address the needs of the new 2-story, 139.928 NUSF Outpatient Clinic. Once contractors are selected, Oculus Inc. will oversee all contractor communication and provide a detailed review of submissions including our recommendation and comments.
