Project Description

Oculus participated in a design exercise for a new development in St. Louis including Retail, Restaurant, Hotel, and Office buildings. We took an existing site plan and designed three new options offering additional street parking, three different variations of a 130,000 to 175,000 SF office building, and 500 space parking garage. Each of the building designs proposed by Oculus were 84-86% leasable space.
