Project Description

Oculus Inc. provided design development through construction administration services for the remodel of the existing animal hospital and dog grooming area to convert the entire space to grooming and boarding area for the Imperial Animal Hospital Pet Lodge. The exterior scope included alterations to the entry façade, replacement of siding on all sides of the building, as well as the covered play areas in the back. The remodel included day camp play space, grooming washrooms, holding areas, boarding suites, pet personal item storage, supply storage, a kitchen and kitchen storage, pet isolation area, office and administrative space, and expandable dog runs.
