Hotel Modera Renovation by Oculus Inc. transformed a dated downtown Portland property into a modern, boutique hospitality destination. Designed for Pebblebrook Trust, the comprehensive renovation included 174 guest rooms, the lobby, corridors, bathrooms, and a meeting room. The design emphasized clean lines, custom millwork, and integrated lighting to create a refined, contemporary aesthetic. The renovation improved circulation, reinforced the hotel’s brand identity, and elevated the overall guest experience—all executed seamlessly within an occupied, operational hotel.
