Boasting some of the best cocktails and snout-to-tail pork in the Portland, OR area, Grand Army Tavern is the brainchild behind New York City ex-pats and food and beverage power couple, Annalisa Maceda and George Kaden. Clever and cost-effective interior design details helped transform the once-awkward dark and desolate space into a seriously stylish staple of Portland’s bar and restaurant community.
