Oculus Inc. provided full interior design services for the renovation of public spaces at the Marriott Courtyard Portland Airport Hotel. The project focused on transforming an existing, atypical Courtyard property to meet the evolving brand standards of Courtyard by Marriott, delivering a cohesive, modern guest experience aligned with Marriott’s national identity.

Through strategic interior design, Oculus reimagined the lobby, reception, lounge, business center, dining and bar area, and public restrooms. The updated design features a sophisticated palette of warm wood tones, contemporary lighting, and bold red accents that energize the space while offering comfort and functionality for business and leisure travelers alike.

By bringing this unique Courtyard location in line with brand expectations, Oculus delivered an elevated environment that reflects both Marriott’s standards and the specific needs of the hotel’s travelers.
