Project Description

Oculus Inc. designed a new 6,000 SF office and warehouse facility for Porlier Outdoor Advertising Company. The new building supports the company’s administrative operations, equipment needs, and daily workflow. This single-story building integrates 3,750 SF of office and amenity space with 2,250 SF of dedicated warehouse storage.

From schematic design through construction administration, Oculus partnered closely with the client and engineering consultants to develop a functional, cost-efficient facility tailored to Porlier’s goals. Services included conceptual design, zoning and planning documentation for the City of Wentzville, detailed construction documentation, and ongoing construction support. Key project milestones include:

• Approvals from the Planning & Zoning Commission and Board of Aldermen
• Design adaptations, including exterior material changes
• HVAC system revisions to ground-mounted units with visual screening
• Adjustments to parapet heights and lighting

The building supports Porlier Outdoor Advertising’s operational and branding goals while reflecting practical design and efficient construction strategies suited to its highway commercial zoning.
