Project Description

The Ellisville Veterinary Hospital project is a new single-story veterinary hospital designed to serve the growing needs of the community. Oculus Inc. provided comprehensive architectural services from schematic design through permitting, including planning and zoning approvals with the City of Ellisville. The facility was designed to accommodate modern veterinary operations and features clinical, administrative, and support spaces, including:

• Seven exam rooms and one comfort room
• Treatment area with adjacent lab and pharmacy
• Surgery suite with prep room
• Dental suite and radiology/ultrasound room
• Dedicated feline ward and isolation room
• Two grooming areas and an outdoor dog run
• Call center and lobby/reception
• Staff offices, break room, and support/storage spaces
