Oculus Inc’s renovation of Hanley Corporate Tower stands today as an example of creative-vision and efficient execution within a clearly defined timeline and budget. The new lobby design features eye-grabbing large format tile that serve as a visual anchor for the contemporary aesthetic in the main lobby and sets the style and tone for the rest of the public and tenant interior spaces.

Just one part of a larger project, the Hanley Corporate Tower Amenities Center is one of the many crown jewels of our determination to use design as a tool to solve human-experience problems. No tenant would love their living space if constantly aware of the existence of a fitness center directly above their home. Now, awareness of healthier lifestyle options is a choice for the Hanley Corporate Tower residents, showing what life can look like at the intersection of form and function.
