Project Description

Oculus provided design development through construction administration services for three custom, single-story, wood-framed buildings for Yuppy Puppy, a pet retailer, grooming, training and boarding facility, and Pet Doctor, a patient-focused veterinary clinic designed using Fear Free Design.

The 4,000 SF Pet Doctor facility includes a holding area with private cat cubby, radiology, exam rooms, ICU, surgery rooms, dental room, pharmacy, isolation room, treatment areas, and support spaces. The facility also includes an advanced diagnostic laboratory, pain management and physical rehabilitation services, and alternative therapies such as cold therapy laser and acupuncture.
