Project Description
When first selected for this project, Oculus Inc. was hired to inventory the existing facility, prepare furniture installation plans, and coordinate the move of 700 employees. However, while planning the move sequence, it became apparent that due to numerous circumstances the project completion date could not be met. Oculus explored feasible alternatives, which included purchasing new furniture. By doing so, Oculus saved the client valuable time and money. The new furniture was ordered and installed within the schedule and without disrupting workflow, and the cost was comparable to moving the existing inventory.
