For its first airport location, cult-favorite fast-casual restaurant brand &pizza partnered with Oculus Inc. to bring its bold, urban aesthetic to Gate B in the heart of Dulles International Airport. Blending brand-centric design with the functional demands of a high-traffic terminal, Oculus delivered a space that is as expressive as it is efficient. From concept through construction, our team managed all phases of the project, producing detailed construction documents, coordinating stakeholders, and providing construction administration to ensure seamless delivery. The result is a visually impactful space that reflects &pizza’s edgy identity while optimizing flow, service, and durability for the fast-paced airport environment.
