Project Description

Oculus Inc. transformed a 6,300-square-foot former retail space into Pawsitive Veterinary Care, a fully functional animal hospital in Arnold, Missouri.  The interior remodel reconfigured the space to support modern veterinary operations within an existing building footprint. The program includes exam rooms, surgery and radiology, treatment areas, pharmacy and lab spaces, and dedicated support functions for staff and animal care.  Oculus developed a tailored layout to improve clinical workflow, organize circulation, and integrate specialized medical requirements.  The completed facility delivers an efficient, purpose-built environment that enhances care delivery and client experience.
