Project Description

As the Architect of Record, Oculus Inc. provided architectural services for design and Construction Administration of new pre-engineered metal structure maintenance and storage buildings in Ft. Sill Oklahoma. The maintenance building is approximately 3,850 gross square feet and storage building is approximately 5,000 gross square feet. Scope included code and building compliance review, and the issue of sealed drawings as required per state practice regulations. Additionally, Oculus Inc. provided limited review of photos and submittals during construction and provide signed and sealed Record Drawings.
