Project Description

Oculus Inc. provided Construction Period Services (CPS) to support their client, Anderson Engineering of Minnesota (AEM), and end-user for the NCA Administration Building at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.

AEM led the design of the expansion and renovation. Oculus Inc. provided daily, on-site CPS throughout construction. This included oversight of field activities, coordination with contractors, and support for execution of the design intent.

These services focused on maintaining schedule alignment, quality control, and compliance with contract documents. Oculus monitored construction progress and helped resolve field conditions as they arose.

Due to its visibility and operational sensitivity at the entrance to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, the project required careful coordination. Oculus ensured the work remained on track and consistent with project requirements throughout construction.

The result is a successfully delivered Administration Building expansion and renovation, supported by continuous CPS oversight and coordinated execution between design and construction teams.
