Project Description

Oculus Inc. provided Architectural Services for a new 97 Acre mixed-use development for Missouri Rush Soccer Club, including a building designed to accommodate two tenants: the Missouri Rush Soccer Offices and Llywelyn’s Pub. The building features a rooftop patio and bar overlooking the entire sports complex, which includes soccer fields and volleyball courts. Due to the ‘clubhouse’ nature of the building, it features restrooms accessible from the outside, two integrated concession stands with roll-up security grilles, outdoor stairwell providing access from the fields to the rooftop bar and patio, and storage room for sport equipment.
