Project Description

Oculus Inc. provided architectural and interior design services for the renovation of Gateway Veterinary Surgery Center, owned and operated by the first board-certified concierge veterinary surgeon in St. Louis. The project focused on expanding the clinic’s surgical and treatment capacity, creating a boutique-style waiting lounge for clients, and improving staff amenities with a dedicated training space.

The design features upgraded exam rooms, multiple state-of-the-art surgery suites, specialized procedure areas, and enhanced support spaces, all finished with durable, easy-to-maintain materials tailored for veterinary use. Exterior improvements include contemporary updates to the building façade and entry, as well as new site elements for improved functionality and curb appeal. The result is a welcoming, efficient, and accessible environment that elevates the standard of care for pets, their owners, and veterinary professionals.
