This Community-Based Outpatient Clinic was designed to reflect local and regional architecture and includes a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) clinic, Audiology and Speech Pathology, Dental, Eye, Mental Health, Multi-Specialty, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMAR), Pathology and Laboratory Medicine (PLM), and various support spaces. To achieve Green Globes® Two GG®-NC certification, the clinic features multiple energy saving features to achieve energy performance of 15% better than ASHRAE 90.1-2010
