Project Description

Chickasaw Laundry Facility expansion by Oculus Inc., as a subconsultant and Architect of Record, transformed an existing warehouse into a fully operational laundry and dry-cleaning processing plant for the Chickasaw Nation. The project repurposed a pre-engineered metal building originally constructed around 1995, modifying it to support new industrial laundry functions. Oculus also provided limited interior improvements to the existing two-story office space to align with the facility’s updated use. The scope included an approximately 1,200 SF pre-engineered boiler plant addition. The design focused on functional upgrades, durable finishes, and efficient utility integration to support the Nation’s operational needs.
