Project Description

The Chickasaw Nation needed an existing warehouse converted into a laundry and dry cleaning processing plant. Oculus provided architectural services for this project as a consultant to Aedifica Case Engineering (now Case Engineering), who was contracted by turnkey Industrial Engineering (TKIE).
We modified the existing pre-engineered building warehouse space, built in approx. 1995, to accommodate the new laundry functions. We provided limited improvements to the existing 2-story office space had made to accommodate the new building use.
The project also included an approx. 1,200 SF boiler plant pre-engineered building addition.
