Project Description

Oculus Inc. worked with BJC HealthCare to help organize, plan, and implement their move of approximately 850 staff members in approx. 28 departments to the new MCC building on campus. The departments came from 2 different buildings, the Center for Outpatient Health and the Center for Advanced Medicine with over 37 sub-department locations within those locations.
Our role was to meet with each department, determine their departmental move needs, establish the schedule of moves, author the RFP for the move vendor, provide the plans and data needed to organize and plan each department’s move, assist with the coordination of the required support services (IT/IS/Phones/keying/security/etc.) for each departmental move, and implement the actual move.

In addition, we completed a similar assignment for WUSM’s move into the MCC. Their project involved approximately 750 staff members moving from the over 25 buildings across campus to the MCC.
