Senior Architect / Project Manager – (HYBRID)

Position Overview

The Senior Architect / Project Manager will lead projects of varying size and complexity, overseeing design development, construction documentation, consultant coordination, and client communication. This role combines architectural design expertise with strong project management and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create project designs and plans for all phases of projects and coordinates building design consultants while monitoring the drawings
  • Prepare proposals and contracts on mid-sized and larger projects.
  • Review billing and fee management for their projects when applicable. Coordinates with the Accounting team on payments and outstanding invoices for their projects.
  • Serve as liaison contact with clients to bring projects to completion on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate consultants and sub-consultants across disciplines.
  • Responsible for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating staff assignments on various sized projects.
  • Assist with QA/QC reviews during the project production on smaller-to mid-size projects and ensure projects follow current building codes, office and client standards.
  • Supervise and mentor a small staff of architects and designers.
  • Some project-related travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture from an accredited program.
  • Licensed architect (required)
  • Proficient in Revit
  • Working knowledge of other industry standard software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Applies sound and diverse knowledge of architecture principles and practices in a broad array of assignments and related fields.
  • Acts independently regarding architectural methods and complexities.
