BJC HealthCare sought a modern, efficient space to bring several key programs and staff groups under one roof. BJC selected a one-story, 23,000 SF warehouse for a full interior fit-out, creating a new home for its USP-800 compounding pharmacy, Home Infusion services, DME storage, office areas, and support staff.

Oculus was engaged to lead the design and coordinate all required consultants, delivering architectural, interior design, and construction administration services. The project scope includes interior renovations, MEP infrastructure upgrades, light exterior improvements, code review and analysis, and landscape and parking lot design.
