Project Description

As Architect of Record, Oculus provided architecture and interior design services, including programming, planning, developing design solutions, renderings, technical specifications, and construction documents for communicating with the VA, local governmental agencies. The new state-of-the-art outpatient clinic supports the veterans and their families in the Daytona Beach area.  The facility houses a multitude of services and spaces including Patient-Aligned Care Teams (PACT), Audiology, Speech Pathology, Dental Clinic, Eye Clinic, Home Based Primary Care, Mental Health, Multi-Specialty, Pathology and Laboratory, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Prosthetics and Sensory Aids, and support areas.
