Project Description

Oculus provided design management and coordination, architecture, and interior design services including developing design solutions/work product, engineering calculations, renderings, technical specifications, and construction documents for communicating with the VA, local governmental agencies, permit review authorities for the new clinic. The clinic provides primary care, behavioral health, and ancillary services to veterans and was constructed with local architectural compatibility with hurricane grade exterior. The quality of design was considered so that the facility is a harmonious development that improves the overall community in appearance as well as being an asset to local veterans in the Myrtle Beach region.
