Project Description

Making sure a client is getting what they need for a new facility is paramount for crafting a Solicitation for Offers (SFO). That was Oculus Inc.’s contribution to the programing and design of a new 23,870 NUSF outpatient clinic in El Paso, TX. Our team of architects, engineers and cost estimators developed the technical requirements of the SFO including lease construction specifications, requirements of documents of inclusion, knowledge of local codes and ordinances, and using prototypes to reduce costs and expedite delivery.
