Project Description

Oculus Inc. worked with WUSM Capital Projects Department contacts to help organize, plan, and implement their move of approximately 750 staff members in approx. 25 departments to the new MCC building on campus. The departments came from 25 different buildings both, with over 54 sub-department locations, both off and on campus.
Our role was to meet with each department, determine their departmental move needs, establish the schedule of moves, author the RFP for the move vendor, provide the plans and data needed to organize and plan each department’s move, assist with the coordination of the required support services  (IT/IS/Phones/keying/security/etc.) for each departmental move, and implement the actual move.

In addition, we also completed a similar assignment for BJC’s move into the MCC. Their project involved approximately 550 staff members moving from the COH to the MCC.
