Project Description

Oculus was selected to lead the critical Relocation & Move Management Phase for the new 4-level patient tower that includes 76 medical/surgical inpatient rooms, 6 patient observation rooms, lab, pharmacy, physical therapy & patient registration. The move involved all equipment, fixtures, furnishings, systems & employees. We acted as an extension of & support to the BJC in-house teams in delivering the completed move a week before for BJC’s “go-live” date.
To accomplish this vital task, our team led move coordination meetings with department heads to collect information; coordinated the details involved in the relocation; produced origin and destination drawings in Autodesk Revit, Building Information Modeling software; & hosted pertinent project information on a secure website.
