Lisa is an architect licensed in both Missouri and Illinois and has over twenty-five years of professional experience. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects and holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. She served as Project Designer and Architect at the nationally recognized firm of Ittner & Bowersox, where she participated in the design of several large-scale institutional projects including the Thomas Jefferson Library Addition at UM-St. Louis.

Prior to founding Oculus Inc., she held the position of Manager, Facility Designer and Construction for Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. While with SWBT, she was responsible for facility management of over 1.5 million square feet. She has extensive project management, facility management, and move management experience. Lisa is the Managing Principal of Oculus Inc.

RonReim_ColorRonald M. Reim AIA, NCARB
Exec. Vice President

Ron is a licensed architect in 28 states and Ontario, Canada with over thirty years of project and consulting experience. In addition, he is certified with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, NCARB. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and serves on the AIA Interior Design Committee. He holds Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Architecture Degrees from Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana. Prior to founding Oculus Inc., he served as an Account Manager with SBC Asset Management Inc., Design Services, with responsibilities for project, client, and firm management. While with SBC, he also assisted SBC International Holdings with strategic real estate planning.

Ron has a diverse project background, has won awards for both his furniture and lighting designs, and is active in community service. He has designed and managed projects for major corporations throughout the United States and abroad.
