Professional Advancement: Supporting the staff to grow to their fullest potential and to reach their career goals is critical to our success. Oculus not only encourages its staff to seek licensure and to attend workshops; the firm also provides the funding and time for the staff to participate. In return, our staff shares this information with the rest of their teams by hosting Lunch ‘n Learns and posting information on our intranet.
Social Activities and Events: One of the best ways to build a team that works well together is to provide them the opportunities to play together. Oculus not only hosts fabulous parties and impromptu Happy Hours in the Cafe, we organized SLAC, the Social & Leisure-time Activity Committee, whose main purpose is to facilitate all sorts of fun for the staff, including Bowling, fun design exercises, architectural outings, and who knows what else to come.
