Our experience designing projects nationally helps us understand how to quickly navigate through due diligence, rezoning, planning & zoning approvals, and architectural review boards for your projects no matter where they are located. Oculus also provides ADA and site survey services, which encompass architectural, structural, and MEP/FP information on existing conditions along with researching design criteria, code issues, and zoning and permitting requirements.
