Mendota Community Hospital initiated a comprehensive facility assessment to identify key weaknesses and deficiencies in their current facility. Oculus and a team of hospital consultants developed a long-range master plan linking the impacts of the facility design to the operating plan, financial health, and staff utilization of the hospital, helping the Board select the best course for improvement within their capital budget.

The new $25M Hospital and MOB are designed to improve healthcare service delivery; the efficiency of the hospital departmental operations; the functional relationship between the MOB and the hospital; the patient and family experience; and the community impression of the hospital as a high-quality, dependable and convenient medical care provider.  Click to see Project WebCam
